shj7.com أو طلب إحدى خدمات المصمم محمد، يقر العميل بأنه قرأ هذه الشروط وفهمها ووافق عليها قبل الدفع وبدء تنفيذ المشروع.
تتضمن الخدمة تصميم موقع إلكتروني مخصص لعرض نشاط العميل أو خدماته أو منتجاته، وفق التفاصيل المتفق عليها كتابيًا قبل بدء العمل.
تشمل الباقة الأساسية:
لا تشمل الباقة اسم النطاق أو رسوم الاستضافة بعد الشهر المجاني أو بوابات الدفع أو الخدمات الخارجية، إلا إذا تم الاتفاق على ذلك كتابيًا.
السعر الأصلي للخدمة هو 1999 درهمًا إماراتيًا.
يتوفر عرض إطلاق بسعر 599 درهمًا إماراتيًا لأول 10 عملاء فقط. بعد اكتمال أول 10 طلبات، يعود السعر إلى 1999 درهمًا.
يتم دفع المبلغ كاملًا قبل بدء تنفيذ التصميم.
يبدأ العمل بعد:
يمثل المبلغ حجزًا لوقت المصمم وبدء تنفيذ خدمة رقمية مخصصة للعميل.
تتراوح مدة التنفيذ من 3 ساعات إلى 7 أيام عمل، حسب حجم الموقع ومتطلباته.
تبدأ المدة بعد استلام جميع المعلومات والمحتوى والمبلغ كاملًا. أي تأخير من العميل في إرسال المحتوى أو الرد على الاستفسارات يؤدي إلى تمديد موعد التسليم.
يتم التسليم إلكترونيًا من خلال إرسال رابط الموقع عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب.
بعد إرسال الرابط:
تشمل الباقة تعديلين مجانيين ضمن نطاق التصميم المتفق عليه.
يمكن أن يشمل كل تحديث:
أي طلب جديد أو تغيير كامل في فكرة المشروع أو إضافة غير موجودة في الاتفاق الأصلي يُعد خدمة إضافية مدفوعة.
نظرًا لأن الخدمة رقمية ومخصصة لكل عميل، لا يُقبل طلب الإلغاء أو استرجاع المبلغ بسبب تغيير رأي العميل بعد بدء التنفيذ أو بعد تسليم التصميم.
لا يؤثر هذا الشرط على حقوق العميل القانونية في الحالات التالية:
في هذه الحالات، يحصل المصمم أولًا على فرصة مناسبة لإصلاح العيب أو إعادة تقديم الجزء المتفق عليه دون رسوم إضافية، وفق القانون.
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية:
لا يتحمل المصمم مسؤولية أي مخالفة تتعلق بمحتوى قدمه العميل دون علم المصمم بعدم قانونيته.
قد يعتمد الموقع على خدمات خارجية مثل واتساب، الاستضافة، أسماء النطاقات، تسجيل الدخول بواسطة جوجل، بوابات الدفع، وخدمات البريد الإلكتروني.
لا يتحمل المصمم مسؤولية توقف أو تغيير أو تعطل خدمة خارجية لا يملكها أو يتحكم بها، لكنه يساعد العميل على إصلاح الربط متى كان ذلك ممكنًا.
بعد سداد المبلغ كاملًا وتسليم المشروع، يحصل العميل على رابط الموقع وبيانات التحكم المتفق عليها.
لا يتم تسليم الملفات النهائية أو بيانات التحكم قبل اكتمال الدفع.
يلتزم المصمم بإصلاح العيوب الناتجة عن التنفيذ والمتعارضة مع الاتفاق.
تُعد الرسائل المتبادلة عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب، والفاتورة، وإثبات الدفع، وموافقة العميل على النموذج، وإرسال رابط الموقع، أدلة على نطاق العمل والتسليم.

قبل الدفع، يجب على العميل الموافقة على العبارة التالية:

The service includes designing a custom website to present the client’s business, services, or products, based on details agreed in writing before work begins.
The base package includes:
The package does not include the domain name, hosting fees after the free month, payment gateways, or third-party services, unless agreed in writing.
The original service price is AED 1,999.
A launch offer of AED 599 for the first 10 clients only is available. After the first 10 orders, the price returns to AED 1,999.
Full payment is required before design work begins.
Work starts after:
Payment reserves the designer’s time and starts a custom digital service for the client.
Delivery takes from 3 hours to 7 business days, depending on site size and requirements.
The timeline starts after all content, information, and full payment are received. Client delays in providing content or replies extend delivery.
Delivery is electronic via email or WhatsApp with the website link.
After the link is sent:
The package includes two free revisions within the agreed design scope.
Each update may include:
Any new request, full idea change, or addition not in the original agreement is a paid extra service.
Because the service is digital and custom, cancellation or refunds are not accepted due to a change of mind after work starts or after design delivery.
This does not affect the client’s legal rights in cases such as non-performance, a real service defect, incomplete delivery, breach of the written agreement, or material delay that prevents benefiting from the service.
In such cases, the designer first gets a reasonable chance to fix the issue or redeliver the agreed part at no extra charge, as required by law.
The client is responsible for:
The site may rely on third-party services such as WhatsApp, hosting, domains, Google sign-in, payment gateways, and email services.
The designer is not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services they do not control, but will help restore connections when possible.
After full payment and project delivery, the client receives the website link and agreed access credentials.
Final files or access credentials are not delivered before full payment.
The designer will fix defects resulting from implementation that conflict with the agreement.
Email/WhatsApp messages, invoices, payment proof, form acceptance, and the delivery link are evidence of scope and delivery.
